Mohammed Siraj ne IPL 2025 ke ek dhamakedaar match mein Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) ko unke hi ghar mein hila diya! Apne purane team ke khilaaf khelte hue, Siraj ne Gujarat Titans ke liye match palat diya aur banaaye 3/19 ke figures, jiske liye unhe mila Player of the Match ka award.
RCB ke head coach Andy Flower ne match ke baad press conference mein Siraj ki tareef toh ki, lekin ek teekha message bhi diya. Unhone kaha:
“Siraj bowled very well, didn’t he? It is great for him to come here and do that. I thought he bowled an outstanding spell with the new ball. His lines were tight, and the lengths were good. He threatened the stumps a lot.”
Siraj ne powerplay ke dauraan Arshad Khan ke saath milke Bengaluru ke top-order ko hilakar rakh diya. Unhone Devdutt Padikkal, Phil Salt</strong aur Liam Livingstone jaise big names ko pavilion bhej diya, jiski wajah se RCB 200 run ka landmark bhi cross nahi kar payi.
Kahi na kahi fans ko lagta hai ki agar Siraj ko RCB ne retain kiya hota, toh aaj picture kuch aur hoti. Lekin Flower ne ye saaf kar diya ki team pichhle faislon se chipki nahi hai. Unka kehna tha ki RCB “apni current squad se puri tarah se khush hai”.
Yeh match sirf ek haar nahi tha – yeh tha ek reminder ki cricket mein kabhi kabhi wohi player, jise aap chhod dete ho, ban jata hai aapki sabse badi takkar.
Ab dekhna yeh hai ki RCB apne squad ke saath bounce back kar paati hai ya nahi, jab unka agla match aayega!
