Is proposal ko MCA ke apex council member Milind Narvekar ne put forward kiya tha, aur isey support kiya Jitendra Awhad ne. AGM mein yeh resolution unanimously pass ho gaya.
“Another key resolution passed during the AGM was the approval of the naming of stands at Wankhede Stadium – a proposal initially put forward by Mr Milind Narvekar and seconded by Mr Jitendra Awhad. The house unanimously approved the stand namings,” – MCA Statement
Renaming ke baad Wankhede ke kuch stands kuch is tarah se nazar aayenge:
- Grand Stand Level 3: Shri Sharad Pawar Stand
- Grand Stand Level 4: Ajit Wadekar Stand
- Divecha Pavilion Level 3: Rohit Sharma Stand
Is waqt Rohit Sharma IPL 2025 mein Mumbai Indians (MI) ke liye khel rahe hain. Halanki form kuch khaas nahi chal rahi hai – 6 matches mein sirf 82 runs, aur last match mein Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) ke against 26 runs banaye 16 balls mein, including 3 sixes.
