IPL 2025 ke ek zabardast encounter mein Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) ke star spinner Krunal Pandya ne Punjab Kings (PBKS) ko sirf 157 runs par rok diya. Match hua Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium, Mullanpur, Chandigarh mein – aur pitch thi total slow-motion mode mein!
Krunal ne match ke beech diya ek dhamakedaar statement, jo batters ke liye ek badi warning ban gaya:
“Pretty good effort. The way they started in powerplay, they put us under pressure. From that position to restrict them to 157 was a great effort. What I realised when the fast bowlers bowled, pace-on deliveries were much easier to face. I realised on this wicket, the slower you bowl, it’s difficult for batters. We have to bat really well. Powerplay becomes crucial. If we bat to our potential, we can chase this down”
RCB ke spin combo – Krunal Pandya (2/25) aur Suyash Sharma (2/27) – ne PBKS ke batting line-up ka tempo hi tod diya. RCB ne toss jeet ke fielding choose ki, aur decision sahi sabit hua.
PBKS ki shuruaat acchi thi – Priyansh Arya (22) aur Prabhsimran Singh (33) ne sirf 4.2 overs mein 42 runs jod diye. Lekin fir aaya Krunal ka magic – Arya ek slower ball pe confuse ho gaye, aur Tim David ne simple catch leke unhe pavilion bhej diya.
Uske baad PBKS ka collapse start ho gaya – 14 runs ke andar 3 wickets gir gaye, aur team ho gayi 76/4. Nehal Wadhera ka unfortunate runout aur bhi bura haal bana gaya. Middle overs mein run banana ho gaya impossible.
Article likhne ke waqt tak, PBKS ke speedster Arshdeep Singh ne Phil Salt ko powerplay mein out kar diya hai. Ab crease par Devdutt Padikkal aur Virat Kohli ek solid partnership banane ki koshish kar rahe hain. Match abhi bhi kisi ke bhi paksh mein ja sakta hai!
