Kuch dino pehle PBKS ne RCB ko unke ghar me haraya tha – baarish se affected match me Arshdeep Singh ne Kohli ko jaldi out kiya tha. Lekin iss baar, Kohli ne revenge mode mein aakar 73 not out off 54 balls ki explosive innings kheli, jisme 7 boundaries aur ek chhakka tha. Ye performance unhe Player of the Match bhi bana gaya.
RCB ab IPL points table mein 10 points ke saath 3rd position pe pahuch gayi hai, net run rate bhi solid hai at +0.472. Wahin PBKS ek position neeche khisak gayi hai.
Match ke baad Kohli ne bola:
“Very important game for us. 2 points can make a massive difference in terms of qualification… I wanted to accelerate more. I thought Dev made a difference today, this award should go to him… I try to stay there, holding one end up and try to accelerate later.”
