Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) ne IPL 2025 ke ek aur dhamakedar match mein Rajasthan Royals (RR) ko 11 runs se hara kar apni sixth victory register ki. Lekin is jeet ke asli hero the Krunal Pandya, jinke baare mein head coach Andy Flower ne kuch khas baatein share ki post-match press conference mein.
RCB ne ₹5.75 crore kharch kar Krunal ko mega auction mein team mein shamil kiya tha, aur ab woh decision poori tarah sahi sabit ho raha hai. Krunal ne poore season mein middle overs mein team ke liye control banaye rakha hai, jo kisi bhi T20 format mein match-winning factor hota hai.
RR ke khilaf last match mein jab Chinnaswamy ke batting paradise par Rajasthan 206 ka target chase karne utari, Krunal ne apni pehli ball par hi Riyan Parag ko out karke momentum RCB ke paksh mein kar diya. Yeh koi fast delivery nahi thi, balki ek slowed-up variation thi jo turn hui aur Parag ke slog sweep par top edge lag gaya jo seedha Jitesh Sharma ke gloves mein chala gaya.
“Krunal was a very important pick for us in the auction. We liked his all-around capabilities, but also his experience. He has experienced winning the IPL, he has experienced captaining in the IPL, and he has played international cricket. He also has got fire in his belly, and I really like that. Obviously, both brothers do. So he was an important pick for us in the auction,”

Krunal ne jab RR 40 balls mein 72 runs chase karne ki koshish kar rahi thi, tab Nitish Rana ka bhi crucial wicket nikala. Andy Flower ne is success ka credit Malolan Rangarajan ko bhi diya, jo RCB ke spin bowling coach hain. Unhone Krunal ke saath milkar naye-naye tactics banaye, jinka result field par clearly dikh raha hai.
