Ahmedabad: Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 mein Gujarat Titans ke liye khel rahe Jos Buttler ne ek baar phir sabko apne classy shots aur determination se impress kar diya. Delhi Capitals ke against unhone unbeaten 97-run ki match-winning knock kheli, jisse GT ne 7 wicket se match jeet liya. Lekin sabse interesting moment tab aaya jab unhone reveal kiya ki unhone Rahul Tewatia se kya kaha tha jab century sirf 3 runs door thi.
“Really pleased with the two points. It was a beautiful wicket to bat on; we just wanted to try and take it deep and pick our moments to attack. We have built some nice partnerships along the way. Maine Rahul se bola ki meri century ki chinta mat kar, match jeetna zaroori hai. Credit to him, he has done that over the last few years, where he can find the fence from ball one,” Buttler ne match ke baad kaha.
Buttler ne apne batting partner Rutherford ki bhi tareef ki, jinhe unhone “six-hitting out of nowhere” master bola. Unka kehna tha:

Cramps ke bawajood Buttler ne poore game mein focus banaye rakha. Heat aur pressure ke beech bhi unka performance top-notch tha.
“It is hot; I am surprised how much fluid you need and how draining it is. Cramping up and stuff. Part of the game is that you have got to be fit and perform under pressure and heat. (On his diving catch) I have performed poorly in the first six games; I was determined to try and do better. Always nice when you manage to hang on to one like that.”
IPL 2025 mein Buttler ki performance: 7 matches mein 315 runs, average 63.00, strike rate 164.06, aur teen half-centuries. Unka best score – wahi 97*.
